IHB RESIDENTIAL SALES CONSULTANT: COMMISSION BASES
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Duties and Responsibilities:
|
-
Sell products and services within assigned territory, maintaining assigned sales quota and following established guidelines.
-
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques.
-
Present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.
-
Adhere to current IHB policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
-
Follow up with prospects.
-
Prepare final contract for signature.
-
Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
-
Post installation follow-up.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid GA drivers license with clean driving record. Ability to work a full time schedule. Available for local travel, night and weekends to accommodate the customers’ agenda. Ambitious results oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive. Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers. Flexible Style (“do whatever it takes” approach – legally and ethically). Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written.

IHB COMMERCIAL SALES CONSULTANT: COMMISSION BASES
|
|
|
|
Working primarily from self generated leads. Responsible for securing profitable package sales and upgrades to NEW and EXISTING Small Business customers. Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post installation follow-ups.
|
|
|
|
Duties and Responsibilities:
|

INSTALLER - COMMERCIAL
|
|
|
|
Duties and Responsibilities:
|
-
Installs appropriate devices; dismantles and reconstructs equipment as required by customer or
IHB. Maintain pertinent records as required i.e. work order forms and timesheets. Work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused materials and cleans up installation debris.
-
Contacts customers prior to the date of scheduled installation to verify schedule.
-
Prepare estimates in accordance with prescribed instructions or directions of supervisor.
-
Follow proper schematic wiring diagrams and connection procedures. Test operation of systems and or equipment prior to closing a job order to properly establish service and functionality. Read building, electrical and sprinkler blueprints as required.
-
May work with other installers or assistants as required by job size or time frame.
-
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some technical school training desired.
|
|
|
|
Experience: Six to twelve months apprenticeship/class room study or 2 to 4 years electrical and electronic equipment experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
|
|
|
|
Skills:
|

Ability to read blue prints and schematic drawings.
-
Ability to operate hand and power tools. Ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times.

Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.

|
Must possess a valid GA driver’s license

|
|
|
INSTALLER - RESIDENTIAL
|
|
|
|
Responsible for installing, testing, repairing, and servicing equipment at customer’s premises and perform associated duties in the field and shop, deliver supplies and maintains pertinent records as required i.e. work order forms and timesheets.
|
|
|
|
Duties and Responsibilities:
|
-
Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs equipment required by customer or IHB order.
-
Make connections and required adjustments as directed; test operation of all components of each system to properly establish service and proper functionality.
-
Evaluate information furnished for the job, delivered materials, layout of customer’s premises and practical routes for cable, conduit and/or wiring.
-
Promptly report defective material or equipment, inaccuracies or omissions in job information that may result in inadequate protection for customer use or invalidate manufacturer warranty.
-
Follow safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property.
-
Safeguards against loss of unused equipment or tools on a job site.
-
Cleans up debris from installation, patch holes as required and return unused materials.
-
Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Electronic Trade School training desired. 2 years maintenance/installation experience. Valid GA drivers license with clean driving record.
